The present invention relates to a helmet for leisure sports. More specifically, the location of protection glasses, which are joined with an inner side of a helmet body and are inserted and taken out as needed, is simply fixed. Therefore, the helmet can be more conveniently used. The helmet comprises: a helmet member (10) on which a plurality of ventilation holes (11) are formed along an edge thereof; a helmet filling material (20) joined with a front lower part of the helmet member (10); the protection glasses (30) which slide; a lever (40) which makes the protection glasses (30) slide along an insertion groove (21); and a location fixation means (50) which fixates the protection glasses (30) on the helmet filling material (20). |
