<p>Disclosed are a terminal and a method for requesting an emergency rescue. The terminal including a sensing unit, a memory, and a microphone for requesting an emergency rescue can comprise: a user data obtaining unit for obtaining user state information on a user behavior pattern based on sensing information measured by the sensing unit; an abnormal condition determining unit for determining whether a user state is abnormal by comparing the user state information with user data stored in the memory, and setting an emergency rescue mode in the case of an abnormal state; an audio signal analyzing unit for analyzing an external audio signal inputted through the microphone in the case that the emergency rescue mode has been set; an emergent situation determining unit for determining a situation as an emergency situation in the case that filtering information stored in the memory exists as a result of the audio signal analysis; and a rescue requesting unit for performing a predetermined rescue request operation in the case that the situation is determined as an emergency.</p> |
