The present invention relates to a trap plant for controlling thrip pests. The trap plant for controlling thrip pests, comprises: an enticing plant for enticing the thrip pests; and eggs of natural enemies of the thrip pests or an artificial feed for the natural enemies of the thrip pests, wherein the eggs and artificial feed are attached on the enticing plant. According to the trap plant for controlling thrip pests, the enticing plant entices the thrip pests, and the natural enemies hatching the eggs on the enticing plant prey on the thrip pests, thereby effectively controlling the thrip pests. The trap plant of the present invention can remove the trip pests, which are difficult to control, in an eco-friendly manner, and thus can be used as an aid for plant cultivation and can be widely utilized as educational materials for nature study of students. The natural enemies hatching the eggs survive by the thrip pests, nectar of the enticing plant, or an artificially supplied artificial feed, and thus can survive in a plant cultivation space, such as farms, greenhouses, and the veranda, for a long period of time. Since the plants used as an enticing plant well grow merely while planted in the soil and the natural enemies can survive the nectar of the enticing plant or the artificial feed, the present invention can be used regardless of the place, areas, and the like.
