<p>According to the present invention, a service relay device performs user authentication for a telematics terminal requesting a multimedia content service; requests the formation of multiple channels for transmitting multimedia content from a service provider, if the user authentication is successful; receives location information and mobile information of the telematics terminal; determines a data encoding method and a data transfer rate based on a communications environment in accordance with the location information and mobile information; receives a multimedia content data packet conforming to the data encoding method and data transfer rate from the telematics terminal; processes the multimedia content data packet according to a protocol of the service provider; transmits the multimedia content data packet to the service provider through the multiple channels and receives a result value, which is generated based on a data packet accumulated through transmission, from the service provider; and transmits the result value to the telematics terminal based on the data encoding method and data transfer rate.</p> |
