The present invention relates to a water surface bubble precipitating-type dust collecting device comprising: a water tank; a feeding unit which has a feeding motor and is connected with a dust generating source to feed a dust gas into the water tank in order to be discharged; a dust collecting water tank body which has a slit prepared therein in order to pass the dust gas discharged into the water tank along with water to form bubbles wherein the fine dust passing through the slit is collected in the bubbles, and dust which cannot pass through the slit is precipitated under the water; an air discharging unit which discharges an exhaust gas filtered through the dust collecting water tank body to the outside; and a discharging unit which discharges the dust precipitated in the water of the water tank. By means of the present invention, the dust gas fed into the device forms innumerable bubbles on the surface of the water by means of a suction pressure. Using a simple structure to collect and precipitate dust in the dust gas; the manufacturing and operating costs for the device is reduced and the efficiency to collect dust is maximized.
