A circuit arrangement 1 comprises at least one phase line with at least one field receiving arrangement 2 and at least one compensating arrangement CV1, CV2, CV3 with a variable reactance. A current-dependent cost, or loss, function is evaluated and the reactance is varied such that the cost function optimized. A reference input of the compensating arrangement may be varied such that the cost function optimized. The circuit arrangement may comprise at least one rectifier 3 for rectifying an alternating output voltage generated by the field receiving arrangement, where the current dependent cost function may depend on the rectified phase current (Id) or depend on an output power of the rectifier. The circuit arrangement is particularly suitable for a vehicle-sided system for inductive power transfer to an electric vehicle. The vehicle may be any land vehicle, in particular track-bound vehicles, such as rail vehicles (e.g. trams). |
