<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for calculating an accurate operation time. <P>SOLUTION: A man-hour management device includes a recording part, an acquisition part and a calculation part. The recording part records access information indicating access to a file group, an object identifier indicating an active object on a screen out of an object group corresponding to the file group, and an operation time at which an operation is performed. The acquisition part acquires file group information for specifying the file group from a storage device. The calculation part detects a first period in which the object corresponding to the file group is active and a second period which is longer than a threshold value from periods between consecutive two operation times based on the access information, the object identifier, the operation time and the file group information, and calculates a man-hour of the file group by removing the second period from the first period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
