<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of responding to a vehicle replacement request while borrowing a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle management system includes: an information acquisition part for acquiring change conditions about a borrowed vehicle including vehicle model information about a vehicle model and present location information of the vehicle transmitted from a borrower terminal of a borrower of the vehicle; a storage part for storing management information including station location information about the location of a station as a place where the vehicle can be lent, station vacancy information about a vacancy state of the station and substitute vehicle information about a vehicle to be substituted for the vehicle; a change information determination part for determining change information including information on the substitute vehicle as a change vehicle, the change time of changing the vehicle to the substitute vehicle and the station where the vehicle is changed to the substitute vehicle, based on the change conditions acquired by the information acquisition part and the management information stored in the storage part; and a change arrangement part for arranging the change of the vehicle based on the change information determined by the change information determination part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
