<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially allocate a charging facility to a vehicle requiring charge based on information such as the battery residual amount of the vehicle and the distance to the charging facility. <P>SOLUTION: When charging reservation information including a battery residual amount and current position information is received from a vehicle 10, a priority degree score indicating the priority degree of charging to the vehicle is calculated in a priority degree score calculation part 75 and the priority degree score is stored in a charge request allocation table 82 in association with the identifier of the vehicle for each charging facility. A charge request processing part 78 extracts reservable charging facilities and transmits information of the reservable charging facilities to the vehicle 10 making charging reservation. When an allocation request to a specific charging facility 12 is received from the vehicle 10, the charge request processing part 78 allocates reservation of the charging facility 12 to a vehicle having the highest priority degree score among the plurality of vehicles 10 in the case that the plurality of vehicles 10 making reservation of the same charging facility 12 exist. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
