<p>A planar first rotation restricting part (131) is provided on an end of a parking lever (13) of an electric parking brake device (1), and a planar first joining surface (27b) capable of joining with the first rotation restricting part (131) is formed on one side part of a shaft member (27). A projecting part (271) that is in contact with an operation surface (131b) of the first rotation restricting part (131) is provided on the first joining surface (27b). When assembling the parking lever (13) and the shaft member (27) to a back plate (15), the parking lever (13) approaches the inner surface of the back plate (15) in the direction of the shaft member (27) from upward in the rotation axis line direction of a drum (16), and the first rotation restricting part (131) of the parking lever (13) is joined to the first joining surface (27b) of the shaft member (27), thus engaging said end of the parking lever (13) with said side part of the shaft member (27). Accordingly, the parking lever (13) and the shaft member (27) can be assembled with greater ease.</p> |
