摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine spread and progression of an ischemic area with respect to the myocardium in a single image. <P>SOLUTION: The medical image processor includes: a memory part 112 for storing a three-dimensional form image related to the heart of a subject and a three-dimensional function image related to an intramyocardial blood flow; a myocardium extraction part 125 for extracting a myocardial region from the form image; an ischemia extraction part 123 for extracting intramyocardial ischemic area from the function image; an epimyocardium and endomyocardium volume data producing part 133 for producing a three-dimensional surface model related to endomyocardium and a three-dimensional wire frame model related to epimyocardium on the basis of the extracted myocardial region; a depth volume data producing part 131 for calculating a score by normalizing the ischemic depth of the extracted ischemic area based on the thickness of the myocardium, for each pixel in the ischemic area to produce a depth score distribution; and a display part 135 for synthesizing a depth map with the surface model and the wire frame model for display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
