<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device which reduces noise, especially, a noise terminal voltage in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: This inverter device has an inverter 70 which supplies a pan (load) not shown in the figure with a high frequency power, a rectifier 52 which rectifies a commercial AC, and a commercial AC input part 4. The inverter has at least one half bridge circuit, and the half bridge circuit consists of high side switches 74 and 76 and low side switches 75 and 77. The high side switches 74 and 76 are coupled thermally with a first heat sink 1, and are electrically connected in at least high frequency with the high potential side of the high side switches 74 and 76. The low side switches 75 and 77 are thermally coupled with a second heat sink 2, and the position of the first heat sink 1 is between the commercial AC input part 4 and the second heat sink 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
