The present invention relates to a hybrid magnet alignment mixing fuel manufacturing device comprising: a water electrolysis device preparing brown gas by which a plurality of electrode plates arranged unsymmetrically are respectively seated on a plurality of unit cells; a gas fuel mixing device promoting and mixing evaporation of liquid fuel by inputting gas fuel including brown gas to liquid fuel having volatility, mixing brown gas and gas fuel, decreasing implosion of brown gas, increasing advantages of gas fuel, and increasing combustion efficiency; and a magnetic alignment mixing device consisting of two fuel treatment room mixing magnetic treating gas mixing fuel passing through the two devices and three magnetic rooms in which a magnet is built. |
