<p>Automatic optical inspection equipment for inspecting a flexible circuit sheet is provided. The flexible circuit sheet has a plurality of circuit zones arranged along a main axis of the flexible circuit sheet. The automatic optical inspection equipment includes a base, a roll-to-roll apparatus, and an optical inspection apparatus. The roll-to-roll apparatus is disposed on the base and includes a first roller and a second roller for feeding the flexible circuit sheet from the first roller to the second roller. The optical inspection apparatus is disposed on the base and located over the first roller and the second roller for reciprocally scanning the circuit zones along a scanning direction. The distance between the first roller and the second roller is equal to or smaller than the length of any of the circuit zones along the main axis.</p> |
