<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device etc. capable of controlling a CPU according to a use situation. <P>SOLUTION: When a CPU 11 of a server computer 1 repeatedly executes a plurality of tasks according to a prescribed rule, an operation history of each task at the CPU 11 is stored in RAM 12. A calculation part calculates a usage rate of the CPU 11 for each task based on the operation history stored in the RAM 12. A determination part determines an operation frequency of the CPU 11 for each task based on the usage rate calculated by the calculation part.
