<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of lumps causing separation of a scintillator on the end part of an adhesive layer for sticking a sensor panel to a scintillator panel. <P>SOLUTION: As shown in Fig.5 (A), a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 46 composing a first adhesive layer 26 is cut off to a size smaller than a sticking surface of a scintillator 34 to a sensor panel 23 by a cutting device 48 having a pair of cutting edges. As shown in Fig.5 (B), one protection film 47a is peeled off from the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 46 cut off to a predetermined size and stuck to the scintillator 34 so that the outer edge of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 46 is arranged on the inside of the scintillator 34. As shown in Fig.5 (C), a scintillator panel 24 is stuck to the sensor panel 23 so that the outer edge of the first adhesive layer 26 is arranged on the outside of an effective detection area 43a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
