PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank structure which suppresses an inclination of a shifting portion of a fuel tank to enable a volume of the fuel tank to increase sufficiently. SOLUTION: The fuel tank 14 has a bellows portion 22 and a shifting portion 24 formed inside thereof. An increase in an internal pressure of the fuel tank 14 causes the shifting portion 24 to shift upward. A plurality of elastic members 26 that come in contact with both of the shifting portion 24 and a floor panel 18 are fixed to the shifting portion 24. When the shifting portion 24 shifts upward, therefore, the elastic members 26 are compressed. Even if the bellows portion 22 is not uniform in its flexibility, an inclination of the shifting portion 24 at its upward shift is suppressed.
