The present invention relates to a vinyl sheet type photo-bioreactor allowing optical interconnection and a method for installing the same, wherein a plurality of reaction sheets are arranged in a vertical or horizontal type to mass-culture photosynthetic microorganisms; a plurality of transmissive portions formed in each of the reaction sheets are arranged in a window type to improve the light transmittance; and the respective reaction sheets are connected by a connection parts to inject the culture liquid and harvest the optical microorganisms at one time. The vinyl sheet type photo-bioreactor comprises: a reaction sheet of a vinyl material having a culture space in which photosynthetic microorganisms and a culture liquid are housed, wherein front and rear surfaces of the reaction sheet are bonded to each other through thermal bonding to form a plurality of transmissive portions; a gas supply unit for supplying carbon dioxide into the reaction sheet; an inlet and outlet unit for discharging oxygen generated by a photosynthetic reaction of the photosynthetic microorganisms using the carbon dioxide, which has been supplied into the reaction sheet; and connection parts formed at both side ends of the reaction sheet so as to allow the serial connection of the reaction sheet.
