Provided are a method for completely deleting a garbage file in a distribution network system and a system thereof. When data to be deleted is not deleted and a garbage file is generated because of not accessing a data server, the present invention completely deletes the generated garbage file. The present invention is provided to perform deletion calculation for the garbage file in a distributed data server unit, thereby maximizing calculation efficiency.
