Provided are a user control device for a medical apparatus and the medical apparatus including the same. The user control device for the medical apparatus according to the present invention includes: an operation panel which receives an operation unit, a frame which is separated from the operation panel and forms a receiving unit to receive the operation panel, and a sensor unit which is arranged in the receiving unit and senses the movement of the operation panel. The operation panel stereoscopically moves by corresponding to the movement of the operation unit which is received.
