<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing a surplus member, which can remove the surplus member with a simple structure and can surely prevent sticking of the surplus member to a sheet-like member which is previously stuck to a molding drum. <P>SOLUTION: A surplus member winding roll 11 where many suction holes 11h communicating with the internal space of the roll body 11a are formed on the peripheral surface of the roll body 11a, is arranged on the outside of a trimming cutter for trimming the sheet-like member to predetermined width while conveying the sheet-like member. A rotational speed control means is arranged for controlling a roll rotating means for rotatively driving the surplus member winding roll 11. The surplus member C of the sheet-like member is sucked on the peripheral surface of the surplus member winding roll 11 and the sucked surplus member is removed while synchronizing the rotational speed of the surplus member winding roll 11 with the conveying speed of the sheet-like member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
