摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping thickness measurement method and device, allowing a small system configuration dispensing with length adjusting fibers in optical Doppler type and using inexpensive general-purpose parts. <P>SOLUTION: The piping thickness measurement method and its device, comprise preparing an active sensor integrally having an electromagnet oscillator 300 sweeping and outputting over a predetermined frequency band area and an optical fiber sensor 200 detecting a dynamic strain of a measured object, attaching the active sensor to a piping 10 of the measured object, inputting an ultrasonic wave or a vibration defined at a desired frequency between 0 to 10 MHz in the thickness direction of the piping, detecting a reflected wave or a synthesized wave thereof of the input ultrasonic wave or vibration, and measuring the thickness of the measured object based on the resonance of the piping in the detected ultrasonic wave or vibration signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
