PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface of a polylactic acid-based film from which a vapor deposited film made of an inorganic substance such as aluminum is hardly detached, which has been difficult to prepare by a conventional technique. SOLUTION: There is provided the polylactic acid-based film wherein at least one surface has a surface nitrogen concentration N/C of≥1.0×10<SP>-3</SP>(hereinafter, the surface having the surface nitrogen concentration N/C of≥1.0×10<SP>-3</SP>is referred to as surface A).
