PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel made of a synthetic resin having high shape accuracy, wherein a frame part curved in a front direction in a concave-convex state is installed in integrate state in the back surface of a panel body under making the convex within a tolerance range. SOLUTION: A panel includes a panel body made of a synthetic resin which is curved in such a way as making the front surface side into a convex shape and with a frame part installed in the whole periphery of a back surface of the panel body, and the panel is manufactured by molding the frame part after injection molding of the panel body, wherein a volume (m<SP>3</SP>) of the panel body V<SB>1</SB>, that of the frame part (m<SP>3</SP>) V<SB>2</SB>, a shrinking rate (%) of the panel body S<SB>1</SB>and that of the frame part (%) S<SB>2</SB>upon keeping at 130°C for two hours are shown by the equation of 0.01<V<SB>2</SB>/V<SB>1</SB><1.0 and 1.0<S<SB>2</SB>/S<SB>1</SB><3.0.
