The base (110) for a light emitting diode lamp (300) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a cap (112) which covers an end of a tube (310) of the light emitting diode lamp; and two pins (111) which are extended respectively from the cap toward the outside of an end of the tube. One of the two pins is nonconductive and the other one of the two pins is conductive.
