The present invention relates to a cable pulling device which is used for a parking mode manual releasing device for a shift-by-wire type automatic transmission. The cable pulling device comprises a base (10); a lever (20) connected to be able to rotate with respect to the base (10) and connected with a cable; a rod member (30); and a spring member (40), wherein the spring member (40) is disposed between the lever (20) and the rod member (30) in order to compress the rod member (30) to the base (10) side. The cable is pulled when the lever (20) stands relative to the base (10).
