A fully automatic grinding machine, comprising a machine head assembly; the machine head assembly comprises an upper and a lower grinding discs (5, 4) suitable for mutual grinding, and a slow speed motor (8) driving the upper and lower grinding discs (5, 4) to relatively rotate; one side of each of the upper and lower grinding discs (5, 4) is provided with a temperature sensor (18); and the temperature sensors (18) are connected to an intelligent circuit board (15) controlling the rotating speed of the slow speed motor (8) according to the temperatures measured by the temperature sensors (18). The present invention employs grinding extrusion technology instead of a traditional blade to pulverize foodstuff, and employs an intelligent circuit board (15) to control the rotating speed of the slow speed motor (8) according to the temperatures of the upper and lower grinding discs (5, 4) measured by the temperature sensors (18), thus avoiding the affect of high temperature on foodstuff quality, and avoiding various drawbacks caused by traditional high speed foodstuff cutting. Under slow grinding, fine grinding and accurate grinding, the produced foodstuff is fine, has no residue and has good taste. |
