The present invention relates to coffee jam and a method for making the same, wherein the coffee jam is made by boiling milk and dairy cream together with a small amount of sugar to make jelly, mixing the jelly with coffee, and boiling the mixture. The method for making the coffee jam of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing coffee; mixing milk, dairy cream, condensed milk, and sugar, followed by boiling, thereby making the mixture into a jelly-type mixture; and mixing the jelly-type mixture with the prepared coffee, followed by boiling, thereby making the coffee jam. |
