Cheek path airway

The cheek path airway fits a path between a user's lips and through the user's cheek pouch and rear-jaw gap, avoiding the user's bite. It provides supplemental air to a user's rear-mouth cavity independently of a user's nasal airways while a user's lips remain closed. The airway can be used in combination with mandibular jaw-control and tongue-control devices whereby the combination mitigates breathing restrictions in a user's nasal and throat airways. The cheek path airway can be combined with and stabilized by a cheek pocket anchor, formed of a resilient filament, that fits within a user's cheek pouch.

1. A method of fitting a conduit for fluid along a dual cheek pathway in a user's mouth, said mouth having lips, a tongue, a palate, two cheek-side pathways, two rear-jaw gaps, and a rear-mouth cavity, said method comprising:
providing said conduit, wherein said conduit comprises
at least two rigid sections,at least one flexible section disposed between said rigid sections,at least two open ends,a conduit wall with at least one hole in said wall, anda passageway for fluid between said open ends and said hole; placing said conduit in the user's dual cheek pathways such that said open ends are disposed outside the user's mouth, and said rigid sections are disposed between the user's lips and along the user's respective dual cheek-side pathways from the user's lips to the user's respective rear-jaw gaps; and fitting said conduit
to pass through the user's rear-jaw gaps and to span over the user's tongue between the user's rear-jaw gaps, andto dispose said hole in said conduit wall into the airspace in the user's rear-mouth cavity, thereby establishing dual cheek conduits for allowing fluid to flow between positions outside the user's lips and the user's rear-mouth cavity.
