The present invention relates to a kitchen utensil, in which a reversible color changing sheet (30) is pressurized along the edge by an indirect heat delivery holder (40) to be firmly fixated to a fixation unit (21) without being adhered with a separate adhesive. In particular, the reversible color changing sheet of the kitchen utensil has no concern of being separated by heat despite long term use, thus can secure the lifespan thereof; and can change the color by indirect heat delivered by the indirect heat delivery holder (40) from the utensil (10), not by direct heat, thus prolonging the lifespan of the color change for a much longer time. |
