<p>PURPOSE: A thin film solar battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce substrate contamination by reducing the number of laser scribing processes and to reduce fabrication time simply the structure of a manufacturing device by reducing the number of processes for alternately putting a substrate into a vacuum deposition device and a laser scribing device. CONSTITUTION: A thin film solar battery comprises a front electrode(200), a light converting part(300), a back electrode(500), and a connection line. Front electrodes are apart from each other on the substrate by a separating part between unit cells. The light converting part and the back electrode are apart from each other on the front electrodes by the separating part(610). The connection line electrically connects the front electrode and the back electrode through a contact part.</p> |
