The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising an enzymatic hydrolysate of tilapia mossambica scales, and more specifically, to a functional cosmetic composition comprising the ingredient as an active ingredient having antioxidative activity, wrinkle improvement and whitening effect. The enzymatic hydrolysate of tilapia mossambica scales which is an active ingredient of the present invention has excellent effects of antioxidative activity, wrinkle improvement, and skin whitening, and is appropriate to use as a functional cosmetic composition due to harmlessness to a human body as a natural ingredient.
