<p>The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker for predicting or diagnosing Sasang (Four Trigrams) physical constitution specific abdominal obesity. More specifically, provided are SNP marker for predicting or diagnosing Taeeum, Soyang, and Soeum physiological type-specific abdominal obesity, a composition including an agent which can detect the marker, a kit or a microarray comprising the composition, a method for providing information to predict or diagnose Sasang physical constitution specific abdominal obesity using the marker, and a method for selecting SNP for predicting or diagnosing Sasang physical constitution specific abdominal obesity.</p> |
