The present invention relates to a novel organic electroluminescent compound and an organic electroluminescent device including the same. More particularly, the organic electroluminescent compound according to the present invention is selected from the following Formulae 1 to 6. [In the above Formulae 1 to 6, X and Y are independently selected from N(R_1), C(R_2)(R_3) and Si(R_4)(R_5), where at least one of X and Y is N(R_1), and the remainder thereof are C(R_2)(R_3) or Si(R_4)(R_5); Z_1 to Z_8 are independently selected from C(R_6) and N, R_6 may be different from each other, and adjacent R_6 may be combined to form a ring.] The organic electroluminescent compound according to the present invention may be used as a host material of an organic electroluminescent material in an OLED device and may have an advantage of manufacturing an OLED having good emission efficiency and life properties and having good driving life when compared to that using a common host material.
