<p>The present invention relates to a method for purifying high-purity NexP-hGH, which is a long-acting human growth hormone, and more particularly, to a method for purifying high-purity NexP-hGH, which is a long-acting human growth hormone, comprising the steps of: (a) applying biological latex including NexP-hGH, which is a long-acting human growth hormone wherein a human growth hormone and a alpha 1-antitrypsin variant are integrated, to anion exchage resin chromatography; (b) applying the biological latex including NexP-hGH or an eluate produced in step (a) to hydrophobic resin chromatography; and (c) applying the biological latex including NexP-hGH, which is a long-acting human growth hormone, an eluate produced in step (a) or step (b) to affinity chromatography filled with a resin to which an anti alpha 1-antitrypsin antibody fragment is attached.</p> |
