<p>PURPOSE: A uneri measurement device and a measuring method thereof are provided to distinguish a side of a glass substrate where the uneri is generated. CONSTITUTION: A uneri measurement device comprises a chamber(205), a light source(220), a fluorescent screen(250), a measurement glass substrate(240) and camera(260). The chamber secludes the external light. The light source generates ultraviolet ray in one side inside the chamber. The fluorescent screen is parallel with the light source. The measurement glass substrate is parallel with the room between the light source and fluorescent screen. The camera is located in one side discrete from the fluorescent screen.</p> |
