<p>An announcement message transmission relay server, an announcement message provision terminal, and a system thereof are disclosed. Specifically, each of the announcement message transmission relay server, the announcement message provision terminal, and the system thereof comprises: a storage unit which stores manager registration information; a communications unit which receives a request to transmit a message including manager authentication information and an announcement message; an authentication unit which authenticates a manager by comparing the manager registration information with the manager authentication information; and a terminal group determination unit which determines an announcement message provision terminal group to which the announcement message is transmitted based on the manager registration information according to the result of the manager authentication.</p> |
