A method for diagnosing and predicting the kind of seasonal allergies includes immunological blood investigation by immunofluorescence with determination of lymphocytes carrying markers CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16, CD19, CD25. In addition, concentration of lymphocytes with apoptosis receptors is measured (CD95), the total number of leucocytes, complement activity, serum IgA level, reaction of inhibition of leukocyte migration is carried out, investigation is carried out in periods of exacerbation and remission, and then orientation of the immune response is determined by formula: IgA + CD95% - CD4 + lymph + SD25- and CD16-lymph-RGML-complement + leiko + ( "+" sign is an increase in index in the period of exacerbation compared to remission, "-" respectively its decrease), and if the patient has immunological shifts in three or more immunological parameters typical for the first formula - presence of pollen allergy is diagnosed, the second - fungal allergy. |
