FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of a sector of a wheel of gas-turbine engine (11), which contains blades (9) installed in flanges (7, 8) of blades, involves manufacture of blades (9) separately from flanges (7, 8) of blades; preparation of a mixture of metal powder with a thermoplastic binding material; the mixture is injected to a casting mould to obtain workpieces of flanges (7, 8) of blades; the binding material is removed from workpieces of flanges (7, 8) of blades; blades (9) are connected to workpieces of flanges (7, 8) of blades by installation of blades (9) between internal (8) and external (7) flanges of blades. Ends of blades (9) are installed into lodgements made in flanges (7, 8) of blades; sintering is performed so that the sector of the wheel of gas-turbine engine (11) of connected sector (11) is obtained.EFFECT: connection of blades to flanges of blades of a gas-turbine engine wheel.3 dwg |
