<p>The present invention relates to a stone removing device of a screw conveyor for transferring granules and powder. The screw conveyor comprises a cylindrical casing; a feeding screw which is built in the casing and transfers injected powder by rotation; an inlet which is installed on the upper surface of the front end of the casing and guides the powder falling into the casing; and an outlet which is installed on the lower surface of the rear end of the casing and discharges the transferred powder. The screw conveyor is inclined and discharges high temperature powder. The stone removing device separates various types of stones contained in the falling powder, stores the stones and removes the stones from the falling powder by cutting a part of a casing under the inlet, having a stone box installed on the outer circumferential surface thereof, sealing the cut art and using differences of specific gravities. According to the present invention, the stone removing device prevents facility trip from being generated since foreign substances in the powder are filtered in advance before feeding, and reduces working hours and costs since an unnecessary work such as a partial disassembly work is not required.</p> |
