The support of the machine tool with active vibration isolation comprises a cylindrical body with a hydraulic cavity filled with a magnetorheological liquid, with the rod with piston, valves, sealant and the guide assembly, the electromagnet winding, the actuator and sensors. The lower part of the mentioned cylindrical body is mounted coaxially to the support base with a rubber element and the outside of the upper projecting part comprises a coil of an electromagnet. A spring disk is mounted between the upper end of the cylindrical body and the support surface of the machine frame on the rod, which is installed in the frame hole. The winding of the electromagnet is connected to vibration detectors, installed on the machine frame via the actuator in the form of transducers, the controller and the amplifier. |
