The process of automatic high-performance pump operability control includes the formation of reserve t, provision of productivity of the pump set by the use of a bootable backup with switching a step-up current frequency converter, which increases the speed of the pumps in the event of failure of one of the pumps, to provide the desired performance of the complex, and after the fixed unit putting into operation speed of rotation of the pumps of the system is reduced to the nominal value. Each article of the pumping complex is pre-treated with magnetic pulses to improve the reliability of the product, with use of the local system of magnetic-pulse processing to eliminate the surge of the units of pump set during operation, in which the process of magnetic-pulse processing is automatically controlled by a computer, and monitoring of performance of the system is performed by the parameters of Hall Foll sensors, acoustic control sensors, with account of the volume of the filling pump body with suspension and distribution of solid and liquid phases in the suspension. |
