The present invention relates to an apparatus for automating P.B.D insertion without an anchor for soft ground, a system for automating P.B.D insertion without an anchor and a method for constructing a P.B.D using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for automating P.B.D insertion without an anchor by permanently using a cover attached to an end part of a casing instead of a disposable anchor plate, and to perform eco-friendly, economical, and efficient construction by not using an anchor. A moving line connects a cylinder installed outside a casing with a lower weight installed in the casing. The lower weight ascends to approach an upper weight by extending a rod of the cylinder, then an upper fixing structure is performed so that a P.B.D is fixed between the lower weight and the upper weight and the cover is closely placed to the end part of the casing at the same time, so the casing is ready to be inserted into the ground. The lower weight descends by contracting the rod of the cylinder to be separated from the upper weight, then the upper fixing structure is released so that the P.B.D freely moves and passes between the lower weight and the upper weight and the cover is opened at the same time, so the P.B.D is automatically inserted into the ground at the time of withdrawing the casing. Therefore, the entire process of inserting a P.B.D without an anchor, fixing the P.B.D by the upper fixing structure, cutting the P.B.D, and marking the installation position of the P.B.D on the soft ground, and inserting the P.B.D while measuring the installation position with a G.P.S surveying transmitter attached to a leader on the front of a P.B.D insertion equipment can be automated or unmanned. |
