The present invention relates to an illumination apparatus with a speaker. In particular, the speaker receives an audio electrical signal in any one square surface with a triangular prism for generating acoustic waves in order to enable to adjust the speaker provided on each surface of a triangular prism body and a light source unit in the desired direction. The illumination apparatus with the speaker includes a body having the light source unit which is mounted with an LED for generating light adjacent on a surface mounted with the speaker and the square surface; and a rotating rack coupled to enable to rotate with the body on one side and the other side of the body. |
