The present invention relates to a flexible printed circuit board and a manufacturing method thereof. A circuit pattern is firmly attached to a base material by forming a circuit pattern on the base material and forming a protection coating layer to cover and protect the circuit pattern by spraying coating solutions. The reliability of an operation is improved by preventing deformation and damage to the circuit pattern due to the repetitive bending and warpage of the base material.
