Disclosed is a PCR micro device system with an intermediate metal alloy layer for temperature gradient. The PCR micro device system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a single heater; an intermediate metal alloy layer arranged on the upper part of the single heater; and a PCR micro device arranged on the upper part of the intermediate metal alloy layer, and including a microchannel which puts a fluid sample into the inside to induce PCR reaction, then discharge the fluid sample the outside, wherein the intermediate metal alloy layer is formed of invar alloy.
