<p>The present invention provides a silicon refining method comprising the steps of: forming a mixture by adding a metal element to the molten metal of melted raw silicon, and solidifying the mixture; forming a crushed object by crushing the solidified mixture; and making the crushed object react with acid. The silicon refining method can remove impurities, which are difficult to refine by an existing method, effectively via a simple process and silicon refined by the method can be applied to a solar cell wafer and the like.</p> |
