FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of the mixes of loose materials in chemical, food, pharmaceutical and construction industries. Proposed method consists in batching the components and their feed into two mixers. Vaned blower nozzles arranged in mixer chamber create jets of components particles directed towards each other. Jet flows are synchronised if not crossing. Said nozzles are spaced apart for jet range. Mix is unloaded when blower vanes pass by hole communicating blower case with nozzle. Mixer comprises two vessels for store of components, two batchers and two vaned blowers. Blower vaned wheels are engaged via chain drive with motor. Parallel arrangement of wheel vanes is fixed by sprocket teeth engagement with chain, sprocket of on blower is engaged with the chain inner side while another chain being engaged with outer side. Nozzles with blowers are connected with mixing chamber and directed opposite each other, adapter being fitted in every nozzle.EFFECT: power savings, higher homogeneity of the mix.2 cl, 5 dwg |
