<p>The present invention relates to an external stimuli sensitive drug carrier using near infrared ray, a production method thereof, and a drug delivery system using the drug carrier. The present invention provides: a drug carrier which comprises porous metal nanoparticles which are made of metal and have a plurality of pores, a first linker which is combined with the surface of porous metal nanoparticles and has a positive or negative electric charge, and a second linker which is combined with the first linker and has an electric charge opposite from the first linker; the production method of the drug carrier; and the drug delivery system using the carrier.</p> |
