A method of using digital rights management (DRM) content of a terminal device is disclosed. The method according to the present invention comprises: a step of generating a refund list file including content identification information for DRM content, which is refunded by a user of the terminal device; a step of comparing first content identification information corresponding to the first DRM content which is requested to be used with content identification information in the refund list file, when the first DRM content is requested to be used by the terminal device; and a step of determining whether the first DRM content can be used or not based on the compared result.
